The Following, a large story-based expansion for popular zombie title, Dying Light, has just been announced by Techland. This new setting was teased earlier this week with images of an all-terrain dirt buggy.
Most of the details are being held back for a proper reveal at Gamescom next week., but the best news so far is that The Following will be made available to Season Pass holders at no extra cost. A price for non-pass holders has yet to be announced.
Techland producer, Tymon Smektala, said: “For Dying Light: The Following we’re adding a number of bold game-changers to create one massive expansion. Something big that will give the game a brand-new flavor. The new map alone is the same size as all the previous maps from Dying Light combined, so there is a lot we’re packing in here. “We also kept a close eye on player feedback to help tailor what we’ve created here. Hopefully people will see that this new expansion is first and foremost, for the fans.”
That season pass value is looking pretty good now for £15.99 if we’re getting a game that’s on a similar map scale to the whole of the original Dying Light. We’ll have more information for you next week, but here are some cheap deals for the main game if you’re in the market.
